This is a new and exciting mental health offer for the people of Derbyshire in line with the Community Mental Health Framework.
You'll be working alongside experienced Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Peer Workers and Wellbeing Coaches in a multi-agency team, who offer short term interventions.

You must hold a Mental Health professional qualification, applied knowledge & training in strategies to support individuals to manage their difficulties.
We would welcome informal visits with prior arrangement to meet our team.

Main duties of the jobIf you want an amazing and exciting challenge then come and join us and;
- Provide a caring and compassionate service with clear boundaries and expectations.
- Complete initial conversations to help people plan what they need.
- Hold a case load of people with deteriorating/fluctuating mental health problems and work alongside them to help achieve their goals.
- Discuss initial enquiries with anyone in the system.
- "Do" safeguarding - it's everybody's business.
- Consider capacity and choice in every contact.
- Attend Living Well Team meeting structure - relative to WTE.
- Demonstrate post registration experience with a thirst for something different.
- Be a role model, offering mentoring and supervision to other staff and students.
