Community Staff Nurse

Location: Anstey Frith House, Leicester Road, Glenfield, LE3 8RN
Working Pattern: Full-time and part-time hours available, night shifts
Salary: DHU Band 5.0, £30,809 per annum (pro rata)

From Emergency Departments and Urgent Treatment Centres to GP surgeries and communities across the East Midlands and beyond, we’re there when people need us most. Our teams of skilled medical, nursing, allied health, and support professionals all work together to respond quickly and effectively to every patient. We deliver a wide range of services including community nursing, urgent treatment, primary care streaming, urgent on-day primary care, GP home visiting, phlebotomy, community hospital medical cover, telephone consultation support, and palliative care home visiting. As a Community Staff Nurse, you’ll:

• Be part of a caring, supportive night team making a real difference in patients’ homes.
• Assess and deliver safe, compassionate care to people with urgent and palliative needs.
• Use your clinical skills and judgement to make confident decisions overnight.
• Work autonomously while knowing you’re backed by an experienced multidisciplinary team.
• Support and guide colleagues, helping everyone learn and grow together.
• Take pride in delivering high-quality, person-centred care when it matters most.
