Job summary
As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will provide effective, high-quality patient care while working as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team across the Trust. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating care to meet the needs of patients and their families, ensuring care is delivered safely, compassionately, and in line with professional standards.

Main duties of the job
You will contribute to maintaining high standards of patient care, support service delivery, and work collaboratively with colleagues to promote positive patient outcomes. Qualifications and training
Essential

• Bachelor's Degree
• Registered with NMC
