Job summary
As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will provide effective, high-quality patient care while working as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team across the Trust. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating care to meet the needs of patients and their families, ensuring care is delivered safely, compassionately, and in line with professional standards.

Qualifications and training
Essential

• Evidence of Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Nursing
• Evidence of professional registration and NMC pin as applicable to role
