Job summaryWe have an opportunity for a Community Phlebotomist.
You will be responsible to carry out venepuncture and capillary blood sampling and insulin administration for house bound patients within the community setting.The above is not an exhaustive list of expected clinical duties to be undertaken. Full training and competencies will be given to ensure you have the appropriate skills to undertake the above.
You must hold a valid UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle as this role involves working across the Community
Proposed interview date: 5th October 2026Main duties of the jobYou will contribute to the delivery of high standards of health care to patients within a community integrated team as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The service provides 24/7 nursing and therapeutic input to patients within their own homes with the aim of returning them to maximum independence, by actively promoting self-management on all activities of daily living.

Person SpecificationExperienceEssential- Experience of working with professionals from other disciplines
