Description
Clinical Trial Program Lead at Eli Lilly, Bracknell (3/2 hybrid). Lead exploratory and biopharmaceutics clinical development plans at molecule level, with technical leadership and operational oversight of trials.
Key responsibilities:
Lead Phase 1 clinical asset strategy using quality decision-making
Manage clinical timelines, budgets and vendors
Act as single operational point of contact from trial design through close out
Advise on clinical and regulatory documents (protocols, IBs, NDAs, CSRs)
Lead cross-functional clinical teams and governance
Essential requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
Experience managing clinical studies and Phase 1 studies in pharma
Vendor and contract management
Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations and guidelines
Willing to travel up to 10%
