🩺 Your RoleAs a
Charge Nurse (Sister), you'll play a vital leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care by:
- ⭐ Leading and supporting the nursing team to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care.
- ⭐ Acting as a role model, promoting best practice and clinical excellence.
- ⭐ Supporting residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
- ⭐ Maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality.
- ⭐ Ensuring compliance with the NMC Code, CQC standards, infection prevention policies, and Fairlie Healthcare procedures.
- ⭐ Creating a positive, supportive environment where both residents and colleagues can thrive.
👩⚕️ What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a compassionate clinical leader who has:
- Active NMC Registration (RN1)
- A thorough understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
- Excellent medication management skills
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities
- The ability to prioritise and manage a busy clinical environment
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional resident care
