We're looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our friendly team at Fairlie House.

What You'll Do
As a Staff Nurse, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
• Administer medication safely in line with NMC guidelines.
• Develop and maintain accurate care plans and clinical records.
• Support residents with complex neurological conditions.
• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Develop specialist skills in tracheostomy and ventilator care (full training provided).

What We're Looking For
Essential:

• Active NMC Registration (RGN)
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Good understanding of the NMC Code
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Desirable:

• Experience in neurological rehabilitation or complex care
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience (training available)
