The Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will:

• Deliver outstanding, person-centred nursing care.
• Administer medication safely in line with NMC guidelines.
• Develop specialist skills in tracheostomy and ventilator care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
• Promote resident wellbeing and participate in meaningful activities.
• Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Uphold CQC standards and contribute to clinical governance and patient safety.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care
• Organised and able to prioritise effectively
• Interested in developing specialist neurological nursing skills
• Experienced in neuro-rehabilitation (desirable)
• Confident using clinical systems and maintaining accurate records
