The RoleAs a Staff Nurse, you will:
- Deliver outstanding, person-centred nursing care.
- Administer medication safely in line with NMC guidelines.
- Develop specialist skills in tracheostomy and ventilator care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
- Promote resident wellbeing and participate in meaningful activities.
- Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Uphold CQC standards and contribute to clinical governance and patient safety.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC Pin
- Passionate about delivering exceptional care
- Organised and able to prioritise effectively
- Interested in developing specialist neurological nursing skills
- Experienced in neuro-rehabilitation (desirable)
- Confident using clinical systems and maintaining accurate records
