Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist (Guildford)Our new Guildford SACT unit opens in December 2026 – and we’re looking for an experienced Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our founding team and to support patients throughout their cancer journey.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly specialised oncology environment, delivering expert, compassionate care in a brand-new service.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will act as a Key Worker for patients, coordinating care and providing expert clinical guidance throughout treatment.
You’ll work closely with consultants and the wider MDT to ensure a seamless, personalised patient experience.
What You’ll Do- Act as the primary point of contact for patients throughout treatment
- Deliver holistic assessments and personalised care plans
- Provide specialist advice and education to patients and families
- Run nurse-led clinics and support MDT decision-making
- Coordinate care pathways and support transitions between services
- Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement
What You’ll Have- Registered Nurse with relevant oncology experience
- Experience in supporting patients through diagnosis and onwards
- Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within an MDT
- Evidence of continued professional development
