About the role

You will be working as part of a clinic team delivering a best in class preventative health service. You deliver the treatments on the members treatment plan. When a consultation ends with a plan, you make it happen there and then: cannulation and IV therapy, injections and treatment protocols, delivered safely, unhurried and to a five-star standard. Unlike a high-volume clinic, this is one on one, allowing you to build relationships and deliver excellent member care.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver treatments to protocol: IV therapy, intramuscular injections and prescribed treatments while ensuring the member is well cared for and receives a 5-star, premium experience.
• Cannulate and administer to an excellent clinical and experiential standard.
• Own treatment-room readiness: stock, cold chain, consumables, cleaning and equipment checks.
• Assess, consent, monitor and safety-net every member you treat; escalate to the GP on site when needed.
• Document accurately and completely in the clinical system.
• Participate in clinical good governance including incident reporting, clinical audit and service quality improvement.
• Maintain your own continuing professional development, appraisal, and revalidation.

Requirements

Essential

• NMC-registered nurse or HCPC-registered paramedic with active registration and no restrictions.
• Strong cannulation and IV administration experience.
• Warm, empathetic while being meticulous. Comfortable being the only nurse on shift with a GP on site.
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to remain calm under pressure

Desirable Experience

• Private clinic, IV therapy, aesthetics or screening experience.
• Phlebotomy experience for venous blood draws.
• Knowledge and passion for preventative health and wellness.
• Independent or supplementary prescribing qualification.
• Experience with GLP-1 pathways and metabolic health.
