The Role
We are seeking a hardworking, motivated and compassionate GP to join our friendly and experienced team for 4 6 sessions per week, either as a salaried GP or, for the right candidate, with a view to partnership.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone to join our team for 4 - 6 sessions a week as a salaried GP.

What your working week looks like

• Two clinical sessions per day
• Contribution to duty rota pro rata
• A mix of telephone and face-to-face consultations
• Occasional home visits
• Protected teaching time
• Weekly practice meetings and MDTs

This structure is designed to support safe, manageable workloads and a sustainable working day.

Person Specification
Experience
Essential

• Experience of working in and providing primary care
• Experience of audit and improving care for patients

Desirable

• Development of areas of clinical expertise

Qualifications
Essential

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Full registration with GMC
• Certification of Completion of Training (JCPTGP/PMETB)
• Inclusion on Performers List
• MRCGP
• Evidence of a commitment to on-going personal & professional development
