Job summaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Physiotherapy Team Lead to provide clinical and operational leadership across our community physiotherapy service.
The successful candidate will support service development, staff supervision and professional leadership while maintaining a strong clinical presence.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future direction of community rehabilitation services and improve outcomes for patients within their own homes and local communities.
Main duties of the jobTo provide clinical and professional therapy leadership to the Community Physiotherapy Team, and to provide support to the Community Care team leaders in ensuring that the Integrated Community Care Teams contribute to the implementation of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare Clinical Governance Strategies.

Across Hampshire, our community hospitals provide inpatient rehabilitation as a step down from acute care, and our dedicated teams also staff Treetops Sexual Assault Referral Centre in Portsmouth, offering expert, compassionate support.

Person SpecificationQualificationsEssential- Registered Allied Health Professional with education to Degree level or equivalent.
- Post graduate training or equivalent experience.
Desirable- Educated to Masters Level.
