Role: Clinical Specialist Musculoskeletal (MSK) PhysiotherapistLocation: HCA UK at The Shard Outpatients, part of London Bridge Hospital Campus
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week between Monday-Friday
Shifts: 5 x 7.5 hour shifts between 0800-2000 or 4 longer days, with a mixture of earlies and lates
Contract type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Specialist Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist to join our Outpatient Physiotherapy team at The Shard, part of London Bridge Hospital, currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC. London Bridge Hospital's central campus includes The Shard Outpatients, our largest outpatient facility, delivering specialist diagnostic and treatment services across a broad range of specialties including Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, Neurology, Pain Management, Women's Health and Physiotherapy.
Working within our Outpatient Physiotherapy department, you will manage a highly specialised caseload of complex musculoskeletal, sports injury and post-operative orthopaedic patients, using advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide clinical leadership within the MSK service, working closely with leading Orthopaedic, Sports Medicine, Pain and Rheumatology Consultants, while leading on service development, clinical governance, audit and quality improvement initiatives.
You will act as a specialist resource for the wider multidisciplinary team, contributing to education, mentorship and the development of colleagues, as well as supporting service innovation. The successful candidate will possess extensive MSK expertise, excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient-centred care. The post holder should hold, or be working towards, a relevant postgraduate qualification.
