What you’ll do:
  • Deliver high quality, patient centred care in the recovery phase following anaesthesia
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond promptly to clinical changes
  • Support airway management and effective pain control
  • Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues within the recovery team
  • Contribute to clinical governance, safety standards and continuous service improvement

What you’ll bring:
  • Current HCPC or NMC registration
  • Strong experience in recovery nursing within a complex acute hospital setting
  • Exposure to senior level responsibilities including team support and leadership
  • Knowledge of theatre safety, governance and best practice standards
  • Experience or familiarity with neuro and spinal patient pathways
