Job summary
We're looking for a passionate and motivated Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our supportive and forward-thinking Rapid Response and Intermediate Care Team, based at Sheppey Community Hospital.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Occupational Therapist or someone looking to develop their clinical skills across a range of community and inpatient settings. Through structured rotations, you'll gain valuable experience working within Rapid Response, Intermediate Care and our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, supporting patients to maximise their independence and achieve their individual goals.

You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses and Support Workers, delivering person-centred care that positively impacts patients' lives and supports safe discharge and rehabilitation within the community.

If you're a final-year Occupational Therapy student due to qualify, we'd also love to hear from you. We offer a comprehensive Preceptorship Programme, providing support, supervision and development throughout your first year as a qualified practitioner.

This service operates 7 days a week between 8:00am and 8:00pm, including weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis.
