Band 6 Health Visitor!Are you an experienced and passionate Health Visitor ready for your next challenge?At HCRG Care Group, were looking for a dedicated Band 6 Health Visitor (Specialist Community Public Health Nurse) to join our friendly and supportive team within Wiltshire Childrens Community Services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of children and families across Wiltshire. Youll play a key role in delivering the 05 Healthy Child Programme, working proactively with families to promote good health, prevent ill health and give every child the best possible start in life.
What youll be part of - As a Health Visitor, youll have the opportunity to:
- Lead and deliver a high-quality, proactive health visiting service for children and their families.
- Build trusted relationships with families and support them to achieve positive health outcomes.Help reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes for children and families.
