Band 6 Health Visitor!Are you an experienced and passionate Health Visitor ready for your next challenge?At HCRG Care Group, we're looking for a dedicated Band 6 Health Visitor (Specialist Community Public Health Nurse) to join our friendly and supportive team within Wiltshire Children's Community Services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of children and families across Wiltshire. You'll play a key role in delivering the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme, working proactively with families to promote good health, prevent ill health and give every child the best possible start in life.
What you'll be part of - As a Health Visitor, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Lead and deliver a high-quality, proactive health visiting service for children and their families.
- Build trusted relationships with families and support them to achieve positive health outcomes. Help reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes for children and families.
- Play an important role in safeguarding children and promoting their health, development and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations across the community. Use your expertise, initiative and judgement to assess the health needs of children and families and plan, implement and evaluate care.
