We are seeking an ambitious, compassionate and highly skilled
Band 7 GRACE Nurse to lead the delivery of an innovative, trauma-informed sexual and reproductive health model across Leicestershire and Rutland. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced practitioner to combine advanced clinical practice with outreach, service development, leadership and population health improvement.
About the roleAs our GRACE Nurse, you will work as an autonomous advanced practitioner, providing expert contraception and sexual health care while acting as a trusted link between NHS services, community organisations, public health teams and local authority partners.
