Job IntroductionAs a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist, you will join our supportive community team based at Gravesham Community Hospital in Gravesend. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a forward thinking service, helping to shape and develop Speech and Language Therapy provision across North Kent. You will work as a joint Team Lead alongside an experienced full time Band 7, providing clinical leadership while continuing to deliver high quality care to patients within the community. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will support patients with communication and swallowing difficulties to achieve greater independence and quality of life. Our service embraces innovation and flexibility. We offer a blended model of care, combining face to face and remote delivery, giving you the opportunity to work in a way that meets both patient and service needs.
