Description

Job summary
We're looking for experienced Non-Scalpel Vasectomy Doctors to join our bank team, supporting a well-established Integrated Sexual Health Service across Coventry and Warwickshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a flexible role that fits around your existing commitments while working within a supportive, multidisciplinary clinical environment.

The Role
You'll play a key role in delivering safe and effective vasectomy services, including:
  • Performing non-scalpel vasectomy procedures under local anaesthetic
  • Managing pre-operative assessments and on-the-day patient suitability checks
  • Obtaining informed consent and ensuring patients fully understand the procedure and risks
  • Providing intra-operative and post-operative patient support and advice
  • Reviewing post-vasectomy semen analysis results
  • Supporting the organisation and delivery of surgical lists
  • Working collaboratively with the wider sexual health team to ensure outstanding care
