Join us as a Clinical Leader for the BSW Wheelchair Service and play a pivotal role in shaping how people across our communities access safe, effective and person-centred wheelchair provision. Your leadership will directly influence the quality of assessment, postural management and rehabilitation support we provideensuring every individual receives equipment that truly meets their needs.
In this strategic role, you'll lead clinical governance and uphold high standards in line with ICB criteria, national guidance and commissioning requirements. We welcome applications from therapists with strong skills in clinical leadership, assessment, rehabilitation, risk management and postural care.
You do not need prior wheelchair-service experience - we offer structured development to help you confidently grow into this specialist area.
