Job summaryAre you an experienced health or social care professional with a passion for reablement, leadership and helping people maintain their independence?
Were looking for an Enabler Supervisor to join our Intermediate Care and Reablement Service, helping us deliver high-quality care and support to people within the community.
This is a varied, hands-on supervisory role where youll lead and support a team of Enablers while ensuring service users receive care that is safe, personalized and focused on achieving their individual goals.
At the heart of the role is reablement. Youll help ensure our teams focus on what people can do and want to achieve, encouraging service users to regain skills, confidence and independence wherever possible.
Alongside supporting service users, youll provide day-to-day leadership to Enablers through supervision, coaching, observed practice and spot checks. Youll help colleagues develop their skills, maintain high standards and feel confident delivering care within the community.
Youll also work closely with therapists, clinicians, Adult Social Care and other partners, helping coordinate care and responding effectively when needs or circumstances change.
