Job summaryWe have an exciting opportunity for a
Neurology Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team, supporting individuals with neurological conditions to maximise their independence, function, and quality of life. Working across community and outpatient settings, you will deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation programmes tailored to each patient's needs.
This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work closely with patients in their own homes and outpatient environments, helping them achieve meaningful goals and regain confidence in their daily activities. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to providing person-centred care and delivering excellent outcomes for the local community.
Location: Based at
Amesbury Health Centre, with the expectation of providing support across community bases throughout
South Wiltshire as service needs require.
Hours: 28 hours per week
