Specialist Community Occupational Therapist
Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Community Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre, SP1 3NR. This role offers a varied and rewarding caseload, enabling you to use your clinical expertise to deliver person-centred, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions across the community.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will: provide occupational therapy assessment, treatment and advice to patients in their home environment or outpatient setting in order to promote and facilitate patient independence and well-being, within professional guidelines and protocols.

This is an exciting time to join us as we work in collaboration with local services to enhance rehabilitation in a seamless and integrated way.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.

Base: Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre, Hulse Rd, Salisbury SP1 3NR
