Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate exceptional clinical skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services, ensuring the well-being of patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Duties

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care instructions.
• Conduct routine health assessments and monitor vital signs to detect any changes in patient conditions.
• Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills:

• Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting.
• Proficient in medication administration with a thorough understanding of pharmacology.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making.
