Your Qualifications:

• Essential: Level 1 Registered Nurse Qualification.
• Essential: Valid, active NMC Registration.
• Desirable: Up-to-date Manual Handling training.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Ability to manage your workload confidently with limited supervision.
• Superb communication and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of current regulatory frameworks, safeguarding, and dignity.
• Absolute discretion and sensitivity regarding patient confidentiality.
• Prior experience in a residential care setting and creating care plans.
