We have some great opportunities for aspiring Health Visitors to move into team leader roles. We have a substantive part time job share (0.6wte) Team Leader post (Hertsmre) available for you.
You will be leading and supporting a skill mixed team to effectively and safely deliver the Healthy Child Programme. You will be proactive and innovative, like a challenge and enjoy working as part of a team. You will be supported by senior leadership and the wider Trust to grow and thrive in your Team Leader role. You will be joining a service that prides itself on delivering a quality, needs led service, which is able to support improvement and innovative projects.

You will lead on productivity, efficiency and clinical outcomes across the Public Health Nursing 0-5 team and will implement improvement plans where appropriate.
