Where you will work
Patients’ homes in the community.

Who you will work with

• Patients and their families or carers
• Nurses and Allied Health Professionals
• GPs and wider NHS teams

Key responsibilities

• Supporting patients with personal care
• Monitoring patient health and reporting changes
• Assisting with basic clinical tasks
• Supporting rehabilitation and recovery at home

Essential requirements

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (business insured)
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
