Role Snapshot

Where you will work
Patients’ homes within the community.

Who you will work with

• Patients and their families or carers
• Nurses and Allied Health Professionals
• GPs, consultants and wider NHS teams

Key responsibilities

• Assessing patients and developing physiotherapy treatment plans
• Delivering rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions in the home
• Evaluating patient progress and adapting care plans
• Supporting patients with complex or long-term conditions
• Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team

Essential requirements

• HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
• Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (business insured)
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
