We have an opportunity for a musculoskeletal physiotherapist looking to enhance their clinical & non-clinical knowledge & skills to join our innovative musculoskeletal physiotherapy team, who were finalists in the prestigious 2024 HSJ awards.

We have an excellent reputation for developing staff & offer a wide range of learning opportunities, such as:

• Regular clinical supervision, plus daily APP & pain service question time
• In-service training & individualised training such as funded MSc modules. We also support & host weekend courses.
• Band 6 MSK development program

This post is being offered at band 6 level. But we may have opportunities for employment at band 5 level, for experienced band 5's who have already completed at least one postgraduate MSK rotation.

Please note that expect a large number of applicants for this position, therefore candidates without NHS MSK experience are unlikely to be shortlisted.

Interviews will be face to face & include an onsite written test.

Main duties of the job

• Specialist physiotherapy assessment of patients with diverse musculoskeletal presentations, providing a diagnosis and developing and delivering an individualised treatment programme.
• Utilization of a variety of Physio therapeutic modalities to enhance strength, flexibility, and functional movement. Alongside educating patients about their condition, treatment options, pain management and self-management strategies.
• Developing individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation programmes tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals and evaluate using appropriate outcome measures.
