At InHealth, we're continuing to expand our Endoscopy services and are looking for a Registered Nurse with endoscopy experience to join our specialist mobile team.

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient-centred care within the UK's first all-inclusive mobile endoscopy suites. Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll help ensure patients receive safe, compassionate care that recognises their physical, psychological and social needs throughout their endoscopy journey.

About the Role
This is a truly mobile position, working on a dedicated mobile contract. While you will have a designated base mobile unit, flexibility to travel and support other mobile sites across the UK is essential.
To support this, we offer:
  • A company car or £4,200 annual car allowance
  • Mileage reimbursement when working away from your base unit
  • Accommodation provided for overnight stays
  • Daily food allowance when travelling

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting patients before, during and after diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures.
  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualised patient care.
  • Delivering safe, effective and high-quality nursing care in line with clinical standards and best practice.
  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues, including registered and unregistered staff.
  • Participating in the decontamination, traceability and maintenance of endoscopes and specialist equipment.
  • Contributing to clinical governance activities, including audits and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Building effective relationships with patients, relatives and members of the multidisciplinary team.

About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and thrives in a collaborative clinical environment.
You'll have:
  • Current registration with the NMC and an active PIN.
  • Previous experience working within an endoscopy setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work and travel.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to support colleagues.
  • The confidence to build trust and reassurance with patients and healthcare professionals alike.
