What you’ll do
- Deliver and optimise multi-channel performance marketing strategies
- Drive revenue growth, ROAS and conversion performance
- Manage Amazon Ads, e-commerce platforms and product listings
- Lead and develop a small team
- Use data and insights to shape campaigns and improve results
- Partner with clients and internal teams on digital strategy
What we’re looking for
- Experience in e-commerce and performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads and digital channels
- Confident with data, reporting and Excel
- Organised, proactive and commercially focused
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
