We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Therapeutic Worker to join our caring and progressive team.

With this in mind as part of the selection process for this position you will be asked to complete two other activities in addition to the competency-based interview that you will invited to. This extended selection process is designed to assess your management style and the specific details of the exercises will be given if you are successfully shortlisted.
The provisional date of the selection event is 04 September 2026, although this may be subject to change.
Main duties of the jobCould you use your skills and experience to support the NHS to deliver great patient care? Great patient care needs great people to support clinical teams. That's where you come in.

QualificationsEssential- Educated to Masters level (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- Registered health care professional (eg. HCPC RCCP).
Desirable- Mentorship / Coaching qualification
ExperienceEssential- Significant experience within Paediatric Audiology service, the NHS, Local Authority or other statutory sector organisation.
Desirable- Experience of conducting formal project evaluation and or research
KnowledgeEssential- In depth knowledge and clinical experience in all areas of Paediatric Audiology.
Desirable- Implementation of strategies and project management.
SkillsEssential- Able to utilise a variety of digital platforms including Auditbase, RiO, S4H
Desirable- Ability to deploy a variety of negotiation and influencing strategies.
Personal AttributesEssential- Commitment to delivering service improvement and delivering sustainable service change which brings measurable benefits for clients and staff.
Desirable- An ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
