Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional leader to join one of the largest aseptic services in the UK as our Aseptic Services Team Leader. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring an individual who can successfully combine operational excellence, workforce development, quality assurance and innovation to deliver a high-performing, patient-focused service.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide operational and professional leadership across two aseptic units and a specialist biotherapy service, supporting the delivery of approximately 80,000 aseptically prepared items each year. You will lead a large multidisciplinary workforce, drive service improvement, champion GMP compliance and help shape the future of aseptic services.

Working closely with senior colleagues across Pharmacy Preparative Services and MMPS you will play a key role in balancing workforce capability, service demand, productivity, quality and safety. You will support the continued growth of aseptic, clinical trials and biotherapy services while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and excellence.
