You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota
Typical shifts may include:- Day shifts: 6 or 11 Hours per day

What you’ll do- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
- Organise rotas and ensure the right staffing levels at all times
- Support with training, development, and supervision of staff
- Work alongside customers to achieve their goals and promote independence
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Step in to provide hands-on care and administer medication when needed
What helps you shine here- Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting
- A relevant qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent)
- Good communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- A warm, supportive, and motivating approach to working with others
- Willingness to work flexibly and take part in the on-call rota
