Why Join Lifeways?
Have Impact
Every role at Lifeways has a purpose. Every effort you make helps transform lives, enabling people to live more independently and with dignity.
Feel Supported
From a thorough induction to ongoing development opportunities, apprenticeships, and career pathways, we set you up for success. You'll have regular supervisions and a strong team around you every step of the way.
Be Valued
You'll enjoy a range of benefits, including retail discounts, Blue Light Card eligibility, a refer-a-friend bonus of up to £200, cycle-to-work scheme, pension contributions, and recognition programmes.
Our inclusive culture is guided by our CHOICE values: Caring, Honest, One Team, Innovative, Courageous, and Equal. Whether you're new to care or experienced, we'll support you every step of the way with full training and development.
What You'll Be Doing
At Scholes Croft apartments, people come together as a community. Expect plenty of variety: personal care routines, karaoke, listening to music, gaming, volunteering, bowling, visiting the cinema, watching television, walking, swimming, bingo, socialising and being in the community. There is also a gardening club that people like to attend. Day trips to Blackpool and the coast are favourites.
We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
All applicants will be required to complete a DBS that is paid for by the company.
