Support Worker (Driver Essential)
£13.10 per hour + £50 sleep ins

Shift pattern

• Sleep in shift – 9am-10pm (sleep in from 10pm) - 7am-9am
• Monday to Thursday - 7.30am-10am - 3.45pm-9pm
• Friday to Sunday - 7.30am-9.30pm
• Alternative shifts: 07.00-21.00 / Waking nights 21.00-07.00

What will you be doing?
No two days are the same, but your role may include:

• Supporting people in their own homes and within their local community
• Encouraging independence and helping people achieve personal goals
• Supporting people to attend appointments, activities and days out
• Building positive and meaningful relationships
• Helping people develop life skills and confidence
• Supporting people to maintain relationships with family and friends
• Providing emotional support and encouragement

Alongside this, you may also provide support with:

• Personal care
• Medication
• Meal preparation
• Household tasks
• Budgeting and daily routines

Great support is about much more than personal care, but personal care may form part of the role depending on the needs of the people you support.

What You'll Need

• A full UK driving licence
• A caring, positive and respectful attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn and develop
• No previous care experience required, as full training will be provided
