Castle Street is a spacious, 9-bedroom home designed to support individuals with diverse needs. It features comfortable communal areas, a sensory room, and a large enclosed garden. Our approach is person-centred, flexible, and tailored to each individual’s goals and preferences.

Your Role
As Care Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and motivate a team of support workers
• Ensure high standards of person-centred care
• Support recruitment, supervision, and staff development
• Communicate effectively with staff, professionals, and the people we support
• Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills
