Day shifts: 8am–3pm and 3pm–10pm. Full flexibility to work both shifts on a rota basis is essential.

We are looking for compassionate, dedicated Full-Time Complex Behaviour Support Worker to join our established team, supporting five adults with complex needs and behaviours that challenge. We can consider part-time contracts starting from 24 hours.

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing, dignity, and choice. Working closely with colleagues, families, and professionals, you will help each individual achieve their personal goals, develop life skills, and participate in meaningful activities within their home and community.

This is a rewarding and varied role where no two days are the same. We are seeking resilient, positive individuals who can build trusting relationships, remain calm under pressure, and provide consistent support tailored to each person's unique needs. Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge is essential.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing consistent, person-centred support to an individual with complex needs and a personality disorder
  • Using your skills in physical intervention safely and professionally

  • Working collaboratively with a skilled, supportive team
  • Playing a key role in a life-changing transition into community living

What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, or similar role
  • Background in mental health, complex needs, or behavioural support
  • Confidence in managing challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
  • A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for helping others thrive
  • A good sense of humour and the ability to build meaningful, trusting relationships

What benefits do we offer?
  • Over £2,000 in annual rewards and benefits
  • Funded Health and Social Care qualifications
  • Free DBS check
  • Cycle to Work Scheme (up to £1,000)
  • Gym discounts (save up to £192 per year)
  • Eye care and health cash plans
  • 10% discount at B&Q for all team members
  • Access to the Blue Light Card
  • £200 for every successful employee referral
  • 3% employer pension contribution
  • 8 paid training days per year
  • Access to apprenticeships and further qualifications
