At Lifeways, we’re looking for a compassionate Female Support Worker to join our warm and welcoming team at Hassop Close , a peaceful bungalow on the outskirts of Chesterfield.
About Hassop CloseHassop Close is home to four lovely ladies aged 50–70, each with their own interests—from watching soaps and doing jigsaws to visiting garden centres and getting their nails done. The atmosphere is mostly quiet and relaxing, with occasional lively moments. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team that goes the extra mile to provide person-centred support.

Shift Pattern- Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
- Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
- Full flexibility to work the above two shifts is required, including Weekends on a rota basis
- Waking night cover may also be required
What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
- Encouraging independence and community involvement
- Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
- Working as part of a close-knit, caring team

- No formal qualifications required—just the right mindset
