Support Worker – Full Time (37.5 hours/week)
Shifts: 07:00–22:00 (Day) | 22:00–07:00 (Waking Night)
Pay: £12.71 per hour

You are unable to pick the shifts you work and must be fully flexible, rotas are produced in advance

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with daily routines such as cooking, personal care, and household tasks
• Encouraging participation in hobbies and community activities like shopping, and day trips
• Promoting independence and building confidence
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider team
