Shift PatternMorning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
Sleep-in shifts and waking nights
What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
- Encouraging independence and community involvement
- Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
- Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
What We’re Looking For- A genuine desire to help others
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- No formal qualifications required—just the right mindset
