Full-time contracts available, with shifts typically between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker in East Lancashire, you'll be supporting adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs. Lifeways support is designed around each individual's preferences, routines and aspirations.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care routines
• Meal preparation and household tasks
• Supporting with appointments
• Social and community activities
• Encouraging independence and developing life skills
• Promoting choice, dignity and personalised support
