As a Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in shaping high-quality supported living services across Newcastle, helping people live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy fulfilling lives while developing your own leadership career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the Service Manager to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Support Workers
• Coaching colleagues to achieve their full potential
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and health & safety requirements
• Driving continuous improvement and positive outcomes for the people we support
• Participating in the on-call rota and providing leadership when it matters most

What We're Looking For

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience supervising or leading within a care environment
• A positive, proactive, and supportive leadership style
• A passion for developing others and delivering excellent care
• Flexibility to participate in a 24-hour on-call rota
• Full UK driving licence
