Manager, Rufford CourtShift Pattern- Long day shifts: 8pm-8am
- Full flexibility required, including weekends
What You Will Be Doing- Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
- Encouraging independence and community involvement
- Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
- Working as part of a close-knit, caring team

- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- No formal qualifications required, just the right mindset
