We are looking for a dynamic , highly motivated and enthusiastic person tojoin our Multi-disciplinary team. Providing high quality nursing care within the acute setting on Major Trauma Ward
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, team working skills and dedicated to improving the patients experience.
You will need to demonstrate continuing professional development and astrong commitment to develop others and work closely within a Multidisciplinary team.
Applicants must be 1st Level Nurse's with evidence of demonstrableexperience of working as a Band 5 or previous experience as a Band 6.
Main duties of the jobYou be required to demonstrate significant Band 5 experience We are looking for individuals with leadership potential and effective communication skills and able to demonstrate a proactive, collaborative and innovative approach to the clinical environment and passionate about excellence in patient care.
Informal visits are encouraged.
