Key Requirements:- 1st Level Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Band 5 Registered Nurse or a Band 6 registered nurse both with palliative experience.

You will be supporting the safety and quality agenda of patient care and staff management, ensuring that the values and objectives of the Trust are met, whilst improving patient outcomes.
You will support the journey of the patient from admission to discharge, identify risk and formulate actions to reduce this risk and ensure patient throughput is effective.
