Main duties of the jobAs Interim Executive Medical Director, you will provide inspirational leadership to our medical workforce while playing a pivotal role in the strategic transformation of health and care services across the Island. Working closely with executive colleagues, the Board and clinical leaders, you will help shape a vision for integrated care, champion innovation and continuous improvement, and ensure the highest standards of clinical governance, patient safety and service delivery.
