As a Social Worker in the Adult Learning Disabilities Team, you'll support adults with learning disabilities to live independently, make informed choices and achieve the best possible outcomes. Working across the Island, you'll carry out assessments, develop person-centred care plans and build strong relationships with individuals, families and partner agencies.

You'll take the lead on complex cases, contribute to safeguarding work and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure people receive the right support at the right time. Qualifications
Essential

• Social Work Professional Qualification (e.g. BA/MA Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Dip. SW, CQSW).
• Be registered with Social Work England.

Experience
Essential

• Post qualifying experience as a social worker
